  • Lift body weight spuat
  • Lift body weight dead lift
  • Do 1 chin-up
  • Wear shorts to the gym because my legs look hot
  • Bench Press 40kg
  • Bench Press 50kg
  • Achieve 25% Body Fat
  • Dead Lift 100kg
  • Squat 100kg
  • Do the Monkey Bar Challenge
  • Get good elbow bend in pressup (parallel)
  • Have 30kg of Muscles
