(I'm gona cross these babies out as I achieve them and probably add to the list as I go along)- Achieve 30% Body Fat
- Lift body weight spuat
- Lift body weight dead lift
- Do 1 chin-up
- Wear shorts to the gym because my legs look hot
- Bench Press 40kg
- Bench Press 50kg
- Achieve 25% Body Fat
- Dead Lift 100kg
- Squat 100kg
- Do the Monkey Bar Challenge
- Get good elbow bend in pressup (parallel)
- Have 30kg of Muscles
